School Ordering
Adventures in Learning accepts school and district Purchase Orders under our parent companies name, Adventures in Learning, LLC.
To receive a quote, simply shop on the site and add your items and quantity to your shopping cart. Once you are finished shopping, simply go to your shopping cart and follow the directions to the payment page.
At the bottom of the payment page you will see a button that says, “Request a Quote.” You are NOT required to enter a credit cart number to request a quote.
Complete the requested information on the quote form and submit the quote. You will receive an email confirmation that your request was submitted. We will then review your quote and send you a finalized quote sheet within 24 to 48 hours. You final quote will be attached to the second email.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
If you are going to submit this quote to your school district to create a purchase order, please keep in mind that the products listed are NOT being held for you. We can not hold products. Please ask your district to place a RUSH on this PO due to the time sensitive nature of our orders. If the products are out of stock when you return, there is no guarantee that we will be able to get them at this price again.
One option is to return to your order and use a School / District Purchasing Credit Card. This will guarantee your purchase.
We may or may not be on your district’s approved vendor list already. If we are, GREAT you can proceed with your order. If we are not, NO PROBLEM. We are on bid with MANY approved purchasing coops throughout the United States. If your district is not part of these coops, you can ask your purchasing manager to sign-up. Any school district in the United States can sign-up for these purchasing coops FREE of charge. Once your district is set-up with the coop, you are ready to buy from us.
